14 years of experience in Hospitality (Room Division and Revenue) , I am passionate about Client Interaction, Revenue Management which helps me in taking current pricing decisions, As a member of the Revenue Management Department I have had the opportunity to set strategic direction, determine to price, create promotions, and explore new distribution opportunities. I also ensure that all revenue management-related systems are updated and give accurate numbers and reports to analyze data on daily basis. Apart from work I also enjoy reading and exploring new places.

Yash Vijay

Archana Bhawan 

Archana Bhawan an accomplished hospitality professional is specialized in Revenue Management for almost 2 decades. Her last assignment was Cluster Revenue Head for Marriott International Mumbai (JW Marriott Juhu, Sahar, Westin, St Regis & Courtyard with an inventory of 1700 rooms) She has been associated with some of the leading brands namely Taj Group of Hotels Accor, IHG (Intercontinental Hotels Group), JW Marriott and Alila by Hyatt and The Lalit Group of hotels. The aspect she likes and loves about her role is innovative and strategic thinking to bring out the best business module for her workplace. She is a visionary global operation and Social Leader known for getting results for customers & shareholders.

Piyush Sharma 

Piyush Sharma has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, beginning his career in the Front Office at ITC Mughal. He later enhanced his expertise at Vedic Village Spa Resort and Amritara Holistic Destination. Piyush spent six years with the Accor Group, contributing to Mercure, IBIS, and Novotel properties. He then served as Associate Director of Revenue at Hilton in Pune Chinchwad and gained international experience at the Pearl of Africa Hotel in Uganda. Most recently, he was affiliated with Mosaic Hotels. Piyush is skilled in revenue management, operational efficiency, and strategic planning, consistently driving revenue growth and optimizing hotel operations.
